West Lawn House

The project consisted of renovation of the existing 4-bedroom house with a 2nd story addition, basement, and conversion of the garage into an accessory dwelling unit. Modern farmhouse style with detached ADU located in Los Angeles. The main floor features 3 bedrooms/3 baths, chef’s kitchen, living room, dining area, and laundry room. Downstairs is a spacious family room, or convertible bedroom with bath, and accordion doors that open to the backyard. The details, finishes, and openness of the floor plan enriches the spaces with natural light. The renovation features French white oak wood flooring; shiplap detailed walls; exposed large wooden beams and vaulted ceiling in the living room; open chef’;s kitchen with Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, oversized porcelain slab island, farmhouse sink and walk in pantry; master suite features high ceilings, walk-in closet and walk-in shower for two.
