Compton Renovation and Addition

Renovation of an existing 3-bedroom single-story residence including enlarged master bedroom and bathroom, new flex bedroom/office, and expanded modern kitchen with commercial appliances. The rear yard was improved with a walkout covered tiered deck, outdoor kitchen, and landscaping. A new front court included hardscape and softscape landscaping with decorative fencing.
